Yes. Our in-home consultation is completely free of charge.
In MOST instances, no. The outdoor kitchen is not permanently affixed to the house therefore, no permit is needed.
However, in some instances a permit may be required. Prestige Outdoor Kitchens will not pull permits of any kind and will not perform any work that requires a permit. If a permit is required, the Buyer is responsible for obtaining the permit and all costs associated with same. Buyer understands and agrees that if a permit is necessary, Prestige Outdoor Kitchens may refer the installation to a licensed professional at Buyer’s expense.
Prestige Outdoor Kitchens will make NO modifications to existing plumbing.
Prestige Outdoor Kitchens will make NO modifications to existing electrical.
Prestige Outdoor Kitchens will make NO connections to natural gas or propane hard lines.
If a hood vent is required or desired by Buyer, Prestige Outdoor Kitchens may elect to sell a hood vent to buyer at Buyer’s expense. A permit may be required to install such vent. Seller will NOT perform the installation of the hood vent nor pull the permit for same, but can refer such installation out to a licensed professional at Buyer’s expense.
We typically run 6-8 weeks to build and install the outdoor kitchen and another 2-3 weeks for the granite and stack stone installation.
